Dyeing

The dyeing department has the following systems: a continuous Boiling-Off line, six Beam Dyeing machines, two high temperature Jiggers, twelve atmospheric Jiggers, three Ower machines for rope dyeing, two Foulards for reactive dyeing, a system for garment dyeing and a washing line.

The raw fabrics produced internally in the weaving department and fabrics supplied directly by the customer ready to be dyed come to ISER’s dyeing department. In both cases, the job is performed with extreme care: each fabric undergoes careful quality control prior to being delivered or sent to the customer.
